Regular revision of unit materials is expected. This is usually tested through short quiz sessions at the start of the next lesson.
Pupils are encouraged to practise practical skills learnt at home. To develop speed and confidence in the kitchen pupils should help out in the kitchen at home.
Pupils are expected to come prepared for lessons. In addition to the normal tools of the trade they are asked to bring in items for practical lessons.
